We are a group of aviation enthusiasts based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
We do aircraft profiles from about six months and now we're starting to sell our work to other enthusiasts in Brazil and in the world.
1) The Airprofiles is an enterprise or a store ?
No and no, we are a group of artists and enthusiasts of aviation. We like to sold our work to others enthusiasts, but we aren't an store or an "factory" of profiles.
You need to understood, Air Profiles is only a hobby and it is not our principal work. So, we do the profiles on our free time when possible.
2) Are you relationed with an airline or manufacturer ?
No, we only do what we want to do, without any kind of relation with any company.
3) I didn't find what I want, can I ask you for an special order ?
Yes, sure ! Just tell you what you want and we do it, if possible, of course.
4) I paid for the work, but I don't received it. How can I proceed ?
Well, if the product don't arrived after the deadline time, we can send you the work again or you can be recharged, except the shipping taxes.
5) I want an aircraft already maked by you, but I want it on another registration, can you change it ?
Yep.
6) Can I use an diferent type of shippment ?
Yes, please contact us for avabillity
7) What is included on the price of the work ?
Printing + Packing + Production value.
8) Which software you use to make the profiles ?
Only Photoshop.
9) You sell the draw digitally ?
No.
